We may have a lot of worries, problems etc. in second stanza we ask him to wipe out our tears during this situation since he is the source of eternal joy.
We may have a lot of dreams, friends and a lot of wealth in this world. But we know that it is not constant. He says everything in this world will change but not my word. Here we are asking him to have mercy on us and please come to our life.
